The founder, Hui-Shin Wong would want to promote high-protein breakfast by opening a restaurant chain mainly because she was placed in Pennsylvania, United States of America for 3 months and in London, United Kingdom for slightly more than 6 months with high-protein breakfast daily to encourage her to be more energetic, intelligent, smarter and learn faster. Hence, she wish to set-up a restaurant chain called Angel's Breakfast to encourage all individuals especially students to have a high-protein breakfast daily.
